Following the announcement of the next major, DreamHack Cluj, ESWC 2015 PGW (Paris Games Week) postponed their $80,000 CS:GO tournament. ESWC 2015 PGW was originally scheduled to take place from October 28 to November 1 with numerous games featured at the annual event in Paris, including CS:GO, League of Legends, FIFA and more. The $80,000 international CS:GO tournament has now been postponed due to scheduling conflicts with the next major, DreamHack Cluj-Napoca, which was announced yesterday.
It hasn't been announced yet as to when the international tournament would take place. Instead, Paris Games Week will be playing host to an open $15,000 tournament reserved to French teams only, with EnVyUs definitely missing from the list, as they have already qualified to DreamHack Cluj by finishing in the top eight at the previous major. Teams from France willing to participate in the ESWC PGW Open tournament are to go to ESWC's website to fill out an application form. |
